Assistant Instructor / Campus Minister

As Campus Minister<br /> o Regular facilitator/giver of the Retreat & Recollection Program for the students.<br /> o Assists the office in organizing and facilitating Retreats and Recollections for any <br /> sector of the University, including off-campus requests and invitations.<br /> o Takes part in conceptualizing/designing/budgeting the Retreat and Recollection <br /> modules for the college students<br /> <br /> As College Coordinator for Retreats and Recollections<br /> o Ensures that the students are informed of their schedules of recollections or retreats<br /> o Keeps track of the student’s attendance and assists the latter in completing the <br /> formation requirements<br /> <br /> As Coordinator for Student Volunteers and Community & Church Related Activities<br /> o Assists the Director in planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of <br /> the Student Volunteers Program strategies and activities<br /> o Facilitates recruitment and engagement of the student volunteers in the different <br /> office programs<br /> o Coordinates with the Office of the University Chaplain on matters relating to both <br /> and off-campus community and church related activities in which the office’s <br /> involvement is needed.<br /> o Responsible in organizing and processing approval of the students or organizations <br /> in any or all parish/diocesan initiated activities<br /> o Prepares and recommends annual budget estimates need for the program
