Looking for Customer Support Specialist (Email Support)    Full-time job

We are seeking for a proactive, service-oriented, and resourceful Customer Support Specialists that will provide excellent customer experience for our clients' users.

The main objective for this position are:
- To deliver quality service by responding to inquiries and concerns of customers accurately and in a timely manner
- To utilize resources and administrative tools
- To identify sources of issues as well as trends, and to communicate these to other Paymentwall teams and collaborate on strategies and workarounds.
