    We are in need of professional Digital Creative Consultant to be based in Gateway, Cubao and Cybergate, Mandaluyong.
    Qualifications:
    • Execute Market research for HR Sourcing
    • Should be data driven
    • College Degree in Marketing or any related course
    • 5 years experience in Digital Marketing
    • Total years of Managerial/Supervisory experience – 5 years and above
    • BPO or non-BPO? Both are okay. Telco is okay. FMCG is preferred.
    • Shift – morning
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Will lead Digital Marketing space for HR Sourcing
    • Will do Account and Vendor management
    • Will identify sourcing strategies
    • Will check the market if the strategies are aligned
    • Will report to Recruitment Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager CL 6
    • Will handle 2 Associate Managers and a department of 20 – 25 FTEs
